Ordered products will usually be shipped within 1 - 3 working days, provided the items are in stock.

Orders are usually shipped via standard mail. Delivery to Germany or Austria will take about 5 - 10 working days.

We only charge the actual postage without any extra charges. Postal rates depend on the weight of the items ordered and on the destination country and will be calculated automatically.

Additional fees are charged for orders sent C.O.D. ATTENTION: For orders sent C.O.D. outside Austria your local mail service will collect further fees when delivering the parcel (usually about 10 Euros).

Actual shipping costs will be calculated and displayed as soon as there are items in your shopping basket and you proceed to checkout.

No additional costs will arise in case your order is divided into several shippings.
